The Winter Camping Symposium

Thursday, October 16th-Sunday 19th 2025

Setup camp as early as Wednesday afternoon, pack up Sunday morning. Wednesday is our staff setup day. Staff will be around, but will be pretty busy getting things ready.

There will be plenty of space to camp on Friday or even Saturday, please don't feel rushed. Cabin space is limited and does sell out.

General Admission Admission for one (1) attendee (Age 16 yrs and older) Included: Event Admission Access To Weekend Classes, Demos and Most Workshops Music Beer from Moose Lake Brewery 21+ (IDs will be checked) This is the online price. Price onsite will be $60	$40.00

Onsite Camping (per person) Camp anywhere on YMCA grounds. Setup camp as early as Wednesday afternoon, pack up Sunday morning. Earlybird/quiet area on the rec field Nightowl/music/beer area along the lake Quiet areas in the pines If you are camping, you will also need to purchase a General Admission ticket.	$50.00

Vender Registration Vendors will setup along the Rec Field. Most vendors have a 10x10 pop-up but not required.	$75.00

Saturday Daily Attendee Daily includes classes/workshops etc, no camping.	$25.00
